July Minutes

Meeting called to order by President W. C. Morelon.

Roll Call:  Mike Crum, W.C. Morelon, Vicky Wilson, Susan Harvill, and Tim Bogy.

Motion to approve minutes made by Tim Bogy and second by Vicky Wilson.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion that Dr. Young call Carl Madsen to see if school should incorporate before filing for 501-c3 status made by Vicky Wilson and second by Mike Crum.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion that Tim Bogy chair the deck committee made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion that the board go into executive session made by Tim Bogy and second by Mike Crum.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion that board leave executive session made by Tim Bogy and second by Mike Crum.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion that Dr. Young contacts Mr. Robinson to see if he wishes to continue on board made by Tim Bogy and second by Susan Harvill.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion that Tina Anderson be changed to salary of $20,000/yr made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to adjourn made by Susan Harvill and second by Vicky Wilson.  Motion passed 5-0.
