June Minutes

Meeting called to order by Vice President Tim Bogy.

Minutes reviewed with correction noted that motion for teacher hiring was made by Tim Bogy and second by Susan Harvill.

Motion was made by Tim Bogy and second by Vicky Wilson to approve corrected minutes. Motion passed 5-0.

Motion made by Susan Harvill and second by Mr. Miller to table approval of expenses until next meeting.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion made by Mike Crum and second by Mr. Miller to approve classified employee contract format with signature of secretary changed to signature of VP. Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill to approve teacher’s co

ntract format with the addition of waivers being attached.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill that Dr. Young begin ordering necessary equipment and software.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion amended by Mike Crum and seconded by Susan Harvill that Dr. Young may begin ordering equipment and software not to exceed $85,000.  Motion passed 5-0.

Motion to adjourn made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill.  Motion Passed 5-0.
