This was the first meeting of the board with no minutes or financial statement to approve.

Motion was made by Vicky Wilson and second by Gordon Miller to elect W.C. Morelon as president of the board. Passed 5-0.

Motion was made by Gordon Miller and second by Susan Harvill to elect Tim Bogy as vice-president. Passed 5-0.

Motion was made by Tim Bogy and second by Vicky Wilson to hire Tina Anderson as the school secretary. Passed 5-0.

Motion was made by Tim Bogy and second by Susan Harvill to hire James Young as the school director. Passed 5-0.

Motion was made by Tim Bogy and second by Susan Harvill to hire Brandi Young, Jennifer Nutt and Averie Brown as teachers for the up coming year. Passed 5-0.

Motion was made by Gordon Miller and second by Susan Harvill to set the school board meetings for the first Tuesday in every month beginning at 7 p.m. Passed 5-0.
