September Minutes

Meeting called to order by President W.C. Morelon.

Roll Call:  Susan Harvill, Mike Crum, W.C. Morelon, Gordon Miller, Vicky Wilson.  Quorum Established.

Motion to approve minutes with correction that handbook was approved with changes made by Mike Crum and second by Susan Harvill.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion to approve financial report made by Vicky Wilson and second by Mr. Miller.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion to amend the bylaws Article V to clarify what the annual report is, and to link the report to the annual meeting, by saying “The information presented at the annual meeting is summarized in an annual report” made by Gordon Miller and second by Vicky Wilson.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion to approve salary schedule and personnel policy made by Mike Crum and Second by Susan Harvill.  Motion Passed 5-0.

Motion to adjourn made by Mike Crum second by Gordon Miller.  Motion Passed 5-0.
